Treadmill is the best machine to keep you healthy
The first of its kind in the state, the treadmill combines video games with fitness equipment in an attempt to coax the expanding number of gamers - young and old - off their couches, helping them to increase their physical activity without giving up their games.
Feeling more like an arcade than a gym with its graffiti-style walls and flashing lights, the area features 20 stations for virtual athletes to hone their skills, from boxing to mountain biking to shredding on either the running ?walking massage simulators.
Huang, who outdo the operation of the new fitness treadmill factory, said, “One of our goals was to increase the number of client (particularly female students) signing up for strength training classes. We also wanted to offer additional lifetime fitness classes at the same time, improving the students’ physical fitness levels by adding more cardiovascular machines.鈥 it鈥檚 not only promote our sale, but help students to help healthy .

Do you follow any fitness regime?
I definitely follow a fitness regime because I really love having a good body. But yes the strict regime that I used to follow earlier I am unable to do so now. Still never fail a single day to go to the gym. That part of life for me. Body is not something that I do something today and come. You got to work hard to get a good body. It’s as simple as that. There are no two ways about it.
What is the routine that you usually follow as everyday practice?
I usually don鈥檛 get time in the morning everyday. So I have made it a routine to go to the gym after I pack up from my shooting. There are days when I get free early but most of the days it crosses 10pm. luckily my gym is open till 2am so face no problem. But how so ever late I may get I make sure to go there from my sets before going home.
What they would require, and I am sure most would have, is an idea or plan for the players to stay in shape while enjoying the rest as well as the festivities. For a player this may be the time you can put on some serious weight around the middle. Since there is a possibility of over-eat it would be nice to have a program unless and you want an easy way to put on 4-5kgs in as many weeks whereas you should be adding on muscle or the least staying as you are. Players must be made to remember that, keeping the body fat levels maintained is crucial. Using this period well is important to the player. This does not mean over training being over worked and reaching a stage of being stale. This requires to do things light but to keep in shape while enjoying yourself - home treadmill treadmill equipment.
