WILD Started operations and Known as spining bike Industrial Co., Ltd. in 1999 manufacturing bicycle handlebars and stems. Since then, the company’s main product line has expanded to include baby strollers and fitness machines.
WILD spining bike products beyond bicycle parts was instituted to take full advantage of the research and development department.
Consequently, in 1999 WILD came out with its own trailer, heralding the start of its diversification program. Implementation of the ISO9002 standards in 1999 boosted product quality and efficiency.
In 1997, the first fitness machines rolled off the factory assembly line. This was followed by the spining bike in 1998.
With rapid line expansion, the brand name “spining bike ” was registered in 1999 to represent the company’s products in the world market.

Today, spinning classes have surprisingly taken the fitness industry. It is not just because it is easier to get into the bike and pedal for an hour than be jumping and trying to coordinate your moves to be up with the fitness instructor, but because it can take you to burn more calories in an hour and it is more exciting for some people than taking other fitness classes.
However, every activity by the very nature of it, carry with it the risk of physical injury. And unfortunately we are all exposed to be injured easily. We have all heard about people in the gym that get injured easily or by doing certain moves. But, how to prevent them?. I mean, some times we are so use to train the wrong way that we just train hard the back technique, so they are so train that at the moment we find out about the problem, it is hard to get use to the correct way. The worst part of it is that we can spend a lot of time without noticing the problem and when we notice it, it is because we started feeling something wrong in our bodies.
Spinning classes are not the exception, it does carry with physical risk too.So here are some tips to adjust your bike and feel more comfortable with it. You are not just going to prevent injuries, but you will train your body with more quality in the same time.
The seat height: A seat situated too high for your body, generally causes the hip to stagger from one side to the other which produces pain in the back on your knees. On the other hand, when the seat is too low for you, the legs pedal in the incorrect way (arched) producing pain in the front of the knees. The main purpose of having the seat at the correct height is to work more efficiently and harder in the exercise. The Maximum Resistance that a muscle can achieve is greater when the muscle is at its correct and natural length instead of being contracted all the time. An easy way to determine the height of your seat is by simple standing next to the bike, flexing the leg at a 90 degree angle placing the feet in the pedal. Make sure you flex the one which is not right after the bike, the one outside. Adjust the seat height directly where the hip flex. Remember that if you are not sure about the height it is better to have the seat higher than have it lower than you need. And don forget that your leg should not be ever extended at its maximum point, not even less hyperextend because it will cause too much stress in your knees.
