Movement, Muscles and Machines
In performing every movement in response to the run of play, we use mechanisms so nature evolved for the purpose of survival in a hostile world. Sport is today’s equivalent of the hunting, battling and avoidance of predators overly kept our ancestors alive. The skills grown in our previous are necessary in today’s sport; accuracy, speed, strength and intelligence are all amenities for success.
